Since the early sixties IOC has been relentlessly pursuing business in the reprographic industry
by meeting the needs of individual business segments through competitive pricing and top-notch

Our corporate offices are located in McAllen, Texas with additional support offices in the
Fronteria, and along the border of Mexico. Our mission is to service the Rio Grande Valley on both
sides of the border (and the major metropolitan areas of Mexico where much of our client base
operates), with a quality product and local service response time that is unparalleled in this
industry.
Integrated Office Concepts has aligned with key manufacturers in the automated office industry.
We represent the full line of Kyocera Mita, Canon and RICOH branded products and reprographic
systems, which include Facsimiles and Digital Print Systems. We also represent the Kip Shacoh
line of plotters and engineering equipment. So that we may justly represent all of our product
lines and, more importantly, ourselves in our marketplace, we will not represent any product in
which our technical staff has not been thoroughly trained by the manufacturer.
